Return Policy:
Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if any handmade jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you, at hollovonah@gmail.com

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, Hollovonah is not responsible for delays, lost, or misdelivered packages caused by customs or international carriers. All international orders are final sale. We do not accept international returns or exchanges.
